What is your shipping policy?

United Kingdom

Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are usually dispatched same day. Orders shipped using free standard delivery are sent using Royal Mail 48® service, while First Class orders are sent using Royal Mail 24®. Our knife guard set boxes are designed to fit through your letterbox, so there’s no need to be in to receive your order.

International

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union, in addition to Switzerland and Norway. Orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri are usually dispatched same day. International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International. We aim to deliver to addresses on mainland Europe within 2-5 days.

Has my order shipped?

You will receive an email to confirm your order has been received and a second email when your order is dispatched. If you do not receive the order confirmation email, check your junk email folder.

How do I track my order?

Tracking information will be included in the dispatch confirmation email.

I have a problem with my order

What is your return policy?

You have the right to return your order up to 14 days from the day you receive the goods. Maybe it wasn’t quite right for your needs or you simply changed your mind - it’s not a problem. If you wish to exchange or have your order refunded, please return the items in a saleable condition to the following address: Returns, theSource (UK) Limited, 10 Matlock Street, Bakewell, DE45 1EE, United Kingdom. We recommend using Royal Mail Second Class - ask for proof of postage. Don’t worry if you’ve damaged the packaging. We’d appreciate a quick email to hello[at]nosh-home.com so we know to expect it. This will speed up the refund process for you, which will usually be processed on the day we receive the returned goods and certainly within 10 days.
